Hi Xanthia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello, my name is Xanthia and I’m the founder and SHE.E.O of Reflect Love, LLC. Raised in Texas, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health with a specialization in Marriage, Family and Couples; and a certified mindfulness and life coach. I’m ecstatic to share my business with you.
Reflect Love is birthed from the overwhelming reckless LOVE I’ve experienced from God. I want to reflect that same love on others and additionally love, inspire and empower the journey of life for all. Acknowledging how to love oneself first and embrace the journey of healing and happiness. We all deserve the happiness we pour into others. May we not strive to be perfect to inspire others, but let others be inspired by our imperfections and how we overcome. Reflect Love, LLC to not only be a noun but a verb. “No one is you and that is your power” —-One of my favorite quotes by Dave Gohl.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road? It’s an ongoing fight to be able to end the stigma of mental health and have everyone understand it’s okay to seek help. I, myself, go to therapy/counseling sessions to ensure I don’t overwork myself, not lose my identity, and protect my peace by any means necessary. I’m on my own healing journey and I have to overcome obstacles and challenges, it can’t be done alone. I have to allow myself to allow others take care of me and not push away healthy connections/support because we’re not use to it.
Challenges come to show us how resilient, brave and courageous we are! Quitting is not an option!
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business? I am a certified Life and Mindfulness coach and soon to be LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). I’m driven by the desire to see others discover and unveil their passion and purpose in life. I established Reflect Love, LLC as a way to set the mark for how people speak, live, grow in their mindset, and pursue passion.
I currently take clients who seek assistance in understanding who they are and fulfilling their purpose. With an ultimate goal to coach clients in such a way that they no longer allow their struggle or difficulty to define them. I’m eager to take the journey of love, mental health and resiliency with those ready to break out of mental fatigue.
I’m most proud of my chance to give back to the community what I titled as…A Servant’s Heart (what I’m doing for others with love). Current projects are collecting donations for human trafficking with The Landing, “Wrapped in His Arms” crocheting blankets for babies and donate them to Star of Hope, and upcoming event “Run for Their Minds” which is a 5k event for Mental Health Awareness for children, youth and adolescent. All proceeds from brand merchandise goes towards giving back to the community and shining light on mental health.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us? I’m forever grateful for my 3 kids also know as JTeam. They’re my hope, motivation and inspiration to love, be mentally strong and exhibit resiliency.
Also, everyone that I have made contact with or one day will meet, I want you to never underestimate God’s ability to take what you deem broken and remold you into something bold, loving and beautiful. My cup overflows to be able to have the ability to have strength to walk in love with all people.
